The DefWest Production Room is based at Beethoven Street Studios in Queens Park and is an excellent space for writing, vocals and keys. Plenty of daylight, 24 hour accessm in a floating room with excellent soundproofing Local restaurants and bars of Queens Park and Kensal Rise.

The studio embodies the evolution of recording studio technology, harmoniously fusing the worlds of analogue and digital equipment.
Every aspect of the room has been carefully designed with the intention of providing an extremely efficient working environment, in a truly relaxing and unique location. The room is bathed in light from floor to ceiling windows looking out over the ivy-clad courtyard.
The choice of Calrec console provides a characterful and adaptable front-end, either in an ‘in-the-box’ configuration or with a traditional console-based workflow. An adjoining live area has excellent line of sight to the mix position and is equipped with a second Pro Tools workstation, providing additional editing capability, if required. There are many, latest version, plug-ins including many bundles from the likes of Waves, Soundtooys, Eventide, Native Instruments, Neve, SSL, Audio Ease and Valhalla.
The room was developed in 2013 with the good people at Strongroom Studios. www.strongroom.com
